摘要
针对黄土高原雨水资源利用现状和小流域雨水资源化特点,以小流域为单元,以雨水资源为研究对象,借鉴可持续发展理论,遵循科学、实用及简明的原则,构建雨水资源可持续利用评价指标体系,并利用均方差权数决策方法,对流域雨水资源可持续利用进行全面分析和定量评价。
Based on the current situation of rainwater resources utilization on the Loess Plateau of China and the characteristics of converting rainwater into rainwater resources in small watershed and the theory of sustainable development, following scientific,practical and concise principles, this paper establishes indicators system for rainwater resources sustainable utilization by taking small watershed as research unit and rainwater resources as object. The indicators system includes three types of index such as a goal layer-the comprehensive index of rainwater resources sustainable utilization, five standard layers and a serious of element indexes. The paper also analyzes and evaluates rainwater resources sustainable utilization in small watershed by using a mathematical method of mean variance weight.
