摘要
根据维持黄河下游河槽排洪输沙基本功能的水沙调控指标体系,对黄河不同区域来水进行了分析,提出了小浪底、万家寨、三门峡、故县、陆浑水库的水沙联合调控组合方式,运用神经网络等方法研究了黄河中游水库群水沙联合调度关键问题,包括流量过程、含沙量过程的控制方式及修正模式,并在2005年黄河水沙调控过程中得以运用。
According to the water-sand regulated index system, which sustained the basic function of flood drainage and sediment discharging on the river channel of the lower reaches of the Yellow River, the characteristics of the coming water on different regions are analyzed in this paper, and the combination modes of the water-sand joint regulation involving Xiaolangdi,Wanjiazhai,Sanmenxia, Guxian and Luhun reservoirs are also provided, By the neural network, the key problems of the water-sand joint regulation by group of reservoirs on the middle of the Yellow River are studied, including the controlled manners and amendable patterns on the processes of flows and sand contents. The method is also applied to the process of the water-sand regulation on the Yellow River in 2005.
