医院供水系统中军团菌污染状况调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的对我院各病区供水系统(水嘴)进行军团菌的分离培养,了解供水受军团菌的污染状况。方法1.对我院27个病房的共52个水嘴进行采样,分离培养军团菌。2.分别用军团菌属特异性引物5srRNA和嗜肺军团菌感染力增强因子基因(mip)对分离培养出的菌株进行PCR方法鉴定。结果1.在所调查的27个病房中有9个存在军团菌污染,污染率为33.3%。在所采集的52份标本中共有12份检出军团菌,阳性率为23.1%。2.经PCR鉴定,这12株细菌为非嗜肺军团菌。结论医院病房的供水系统军团菌污染严重,有发生医院感染的潜在危险,应引起相关部门的重视。 Objective To investigate the contamination by Legionella in water supply system in Zhongshan Hospital and use PCR assay to identify Legionellu. Methods A total of 52 samples from tap water supply system in 27 wards were collected and cultivated for Legionellu. Two primers of 5s rRNA and mip genes were used to identify Legionellu. Results Legionellu was identified in 12 of the 52 samples (23.1%), from 9 of the 27 wards (33.3%). All strains were positive for Legionella DNA and negative for Legionella pneumonia DNA. Conclusions The water supply system in Zhongshan Hospital is seriously contaminated by Legionellu. Corresponding preventive and control measures should be formulated to prevent outbreak of Legionellu infection.
