灸药结合治疗虚证小儿哮喘非急性发作期的临床研究

Study on combination of moxibustion and medication for children with deficient asthma in non-acute onset period

目的通过观察艾条温和灸(艾灸)、灸药结合(灸药)及中药治疗虚证非急性发作期小儿哮喘的临床疗效,血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)含量,外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数及尿白三烯E4(LTE4)水平的变化,探求中医药防治虚证小儿哮喘的最佳方案。方法将90例患儿分为艾灸组、中药组、灸药组,每组30例。观察临床疗效、治疗前后症状体征积分、实验室指标等。结果3组总疗效比较,灸药组优于艾灸组、中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。灸药组临床综合疗效、降低症状体征积分和实验室指标方面均优于另2组(P<0.05;P<0.01);3组轻度病例的临床疗效及症状体征的控制比较无明显差异(P>0.05);3组中重度病例临床疗效比较,灸药组疗效明显优于另2组(P<0.01)。结论灸药结合是防治虚证小儿哮喘非急性发作期的最佳方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect, the change of total serum IgE, peripheral blood EOS count and urinary leukotriene E4 Level of children with deficient asthma in non-acute onset period treated with mild-warm moxibustion （MWM）, combining moxibustion with medication （M-M） and Chinese medicine. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into MWM, Chinese medicine, M-M combination groups, 30 patients in each group and the clinical effect, score of symptom and physical sign, laboratory index before and after therapy were detected. Results Compared with the other groups, all the clinical integrative effects, score decrease of symptoms and physical （P〈0.05）; the clinical effect and signs and laboratory index in M-M group were more effctive control of symptoms and physical signs in the mild patients were no significant difference among three groups（P〉0.05）; but, the therapeutic effects of moderate to serious degree in M-M group was more effective compared with other two groups. Conclusion M-M is effective therapy for children with deficient asthma in non-acute onset period.
