摘要 细胞因子信号转导抑制因子（suppressor of cytokine signaling，SOCS）是近年来新发现的一类负向调节蛋白，可抑制多种细胞因子的信号通路，且大多数成员可被细胞因子和生长因子所诱导产生。目前已发现8种SOCS分子，即SOCS1-7及CIS（cytokine inducible SH2 containing protein），其中SOCS1、SOCS2、SOCS3在机体免疫调控中的作用较突出。辅助性T淋巴细胞-1（T helper cell，Th1）型细胞因子干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、
