土壤中乙草胺残留的间接竞争ELISA检测方法研究

Research of the Detection Method of Indirect ELISA for Acetochlor Residue in Soil

建立了一种用于检测土壤中乙草胺残留量的间接竞争酶联免疫分析（EUSA）方法。结果表明，该方法的最低检测限为0．1μg·L^-1，线性检测范围为0．2～10μg·L^-1,土壤样品中乙草胺添加水平在5～50μg·kg^-1范围内的回收率在81．20％～93．27％之间，批次内、批次间变异系数均低于7．50％。经高效液相色谱（HPLC）确证，其准确度、精密度都符合残留分析的要求。

The method of indirect ELISA for monitoring acetochlor residue in soil has been established successfully. The limit of detection is 0. 1 μg · L^-1 ,and the standard curve is linear with the acetochlor concentration from 0.2 μg · L^-1 to 10μg · L^-1. The recoveries of analytes at the fortified levels from 5 μg · kg^-1 to 50μg · kg^-1 range from 81.20% to 93.27% ,and the coefficients of variation for distribution and the coefficients of variation for precession are both lower than 7.50% ,which satisfy the requiremerit of residual analysis with the proof of HPLC.
