步进电机PWM式相矢量合成分数步距角控制

摘要 本文根据步进电视的结构与控制原理,提出一种PWM式相矢量合成分数步距角控制方案。利用脉宽调制方式来实现各相平均电流。从而构成合成矢量,实现分数步进角的驱动。实验结果表明,其转角精度高于任何数字编码器的分辨率,极大地提高了步进电机的伺服精度。本文首先阐述相矢量合成的基本原理,之后解释PWM方式相矢量电流的实现,最后说明微机控制系统的构成。 Based on the construction pattern and the control principle of stepmotor,fractional step angle control of stepmotor is achieved by PWM Phase Vector Cornposition. The average current in every phase is obtained by means of Pulse Width Modulation, frorn which becomes the composed vector, and the driving on fractional step angle of stepmotor can be realized. The testing results show that the angle precision is above the resolution of any digital encoder,so that angle servo precislon of stepmotor is improved extremely. This article,at first describes the principle of phase vector composition,then illustrates the realizing of phase vector current by PWM,at the last, gives the constructlon of rnicroprocessor control system.
