摘要
社会基础设施是基础设施发展到一定阶段的必然产物。文章通过统计数据、分类图表分析,认为:改革开放以后,中国产业区的社会基础设施得到了快速发展;同时也存在着各个产业区之间发展不平衡加剧,经济性社会基础设施与公益性社会性基础设施发展不对称等问题。并针对存在的问题提出了解决的措施。
Social infrastructures are the natural product of infrastructure development at a certain stage. Based on the analysis Of considerable statistical data and categorized diagrams, this paper believes that social infrastructures of industrial districts in China have made rapid progress since the reform and opening-up policy; but at the same time there exist some problems concerning an increase of development imbalance among different industrial districts and asymmetrical development in infrastructures between economy society and public-welfare society. Some solutions to the problems are offered at the end of this paper.
