核磁共振在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 核磁共振有很高的软组织分辨率,其可以清楚地分辨肌肉、肌腱、筋膜、脂肪等软组织。在妇科应用中能够显示盆腔全部器官和盆底细微解剖结构,在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用具有不可替代的优势。目前在有症状的盆底器官膨出的妇女中,国外多推荐核磁共振检查。该文综述了核磁共振检查技术及其在评价盆底组织结构和病变中的应用。 MRI has a high resolution for soft tissues, it can distinctly identify differences in muscles, tendons, fascia, fat and so on. All organs in pelvic cavity and the tiny anotomic structures of pelvic floor can be manifested by MRI. The advantages of MRI in guiding treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction can' t be replaced. MRI is recommended to be used in the females with symptomatic organ prolapse in foreign hospitals. This article reviewed this examination technique and its application in evaluating pelvic floor structures and lesions.
