摘要
本文介绍了一种常用的电压型逆变器的短路保护电路，根据高频下的电路特点，选用霍尔元件作电流检测，快速电压比较器封锁逆变开关的触发脉冲以防止逆变器的短路损坏，实验装置测试效果良好。
In this paper a short circuit protection circuit which can be common1y used for power MOSFET voltage source inverter is presented. According to the characteristics of high frequency inverter a HL device is used as a current sensor to protect the inverter bridge from short circuit fault. The experiment has been carried out to verify its reliability.
