摘要
对一种加拿大低Al2O3矿粉进行了烧结基础特性和烧结杯实验。结果表明:加拿大矿粉烧结基础特性较好,在烧结中代替HIXF或SCTF,同时有利于烧结利用系数的提高,对转鼓指数和成品率不会产生负面影响。用10%加拿大矿粉分别替代哈默斯利澳粉和巴西精粉,烧结矿中Al2O3的质量分数将分别下降0.2%和0.06%。
Sintering characteristics and sinter pot test of a Canadian iron ore were studied. The laboratory results show that the Canadian iron ore had better sintering property than HIXF or SCTF, has improved with higher utilization coefficient and without negative effect on tumble strength and rate of qualified sinter. The content of Al2O3 in sinter decreased by more than 0.2 percent with 10 percent replacement of HIXF with the Canadian iron ore and about 0.06 percent for same replacement of SCTF with it.
