摘要
理论燃烧温度是判断高炉炉缸热状态的重要参数之一。在深入分析现有理论燃烧温度计算模型存在问题的基础上,提出修正建议:绝热系统内除煤气之外还应包括燃料燃烧后的残留物及未燃煤粉;所有物质的比热容应是温度的函数;焦炭的温度应为高温区热平衡计算所得;同时,考察了这些修正因素对理论燃烧温度计算值的影响。
Theoretical combustion temperature (TCT) is considered as one of the important parameters used to characterize the thermal state of hearth (TSH). With change of operation conditions, especially, with rise of PCI, the results of calculated TCT by existing models are not satisfactory. Some factors to be considered are presented. Firstly,the residues after combustion of fuel and unburnt pulverized coal besides the gas should be included in the adiabatic system of raceway. Secondly, the specific heat capacity of all substances should be the function of temperature. At last, the combustion temperature of coke should not be a constant,but calculated with the thermal balance in the high temperature zone of BF. The effect of above mentioned factors on the calculated value of TCT is studied.
