摘要
提出一种采用综合软化技术的新颖的软开关PWM组合式航空静止变流器电路拓扑,即用一个具有电气隔离的变换器实现级联两级变换器的软开关,为实现高功率密度、高效率、低成本的航空静止变流器奠定了基础。详细分析和研究了这种电路拓扑的原理和设计。
By using a new comprehensive soft switching PWM technique,a novel circuit topology of soft switching PWM combined aeronautical static inverter is proposed.By means of the topology,the soft switching of two stage cascade converters can be realized with an electrical isolation converter.It lays the technical foundation on high power density,high efficiency and low cost aeronautical static inverter.The operation and design approach of this circuit topology is carefully analyzed and studied.
