摘要
介绍一种新的电力电子电路通用仿真软件SSPEC2.0,它具有耗时短、精度高、界面友好等特点。软件采用可控双值电阻作为电力半导体器件的模型,用快速方法建立状态方程。在解方程时,较好地解决了刚性微分方程所带来的困难,软件可用于稳态分析、瞬态分析及谐波分析,并具有方便的输入和丰富的输出功能。
A new general simulation software has been developed to simulate various power electronic circuits.It saves computing time and has high accuracy and offers a user friendly environment.In the software the controlled binary resistance model of power semiconductor devices and a fast algorithm for setting up state equation are used. During solving the equation it can overcome some difficulties caused by stiff equation.The software can be used for steady,transient and harmonic analysis,and has good functions of easy input and plentiful output.
