Minority regional autonomous system by constitution text is a fundamental political system of our country; it sustains, consolidates and adjusts the relationsbetween central government and autonomy regions, and autonomy regions and non-autonomy regions, it is not only a system to upkeep and ensure national rights, but a system to supervise national administration and properly handle minority problems.
