整理了国内外学者在"节能"型住宅建设上的研究,从建设节地型住宅小区的角度提出了建设"节地型"住宅的可行操作方式,对节能省地型住宅小区的含义进行了深入剖析,指出节地不单是节约土地,而是在具备条件后对社会效益、经济效益、生态效益的整合。

This thesis makes a collection of the studies relating to the energy-saving residential presented by the domestic and overseas scholars and propose the feasible manipulation pattern from the view of constructing residential quarters with land-saving. This thesis also provides a deep analysis about the conception of land-saving residential quarter and the author thinks that it is not only refer to the land-saving but also an integration of social, economic and ecological benefits.
