摘要
从土地产权、拆迁补偿、外来人口居住、改造后余房买卖等方面分析了目前"城中村"改造面临的主要问题,对城中村改造过程中集体资产的量化及处置进行了论述,提出了妥善处理好"城中村"改造问题的合理对策。
It analyses the main problems in the reconstruction of village in city from land property right, removal compensation, foreign population, and surplus houses trade after reformation, discusses the quantization of collective property in reconstruction and the handling of it, and puts forward reasonable strategies to the reformation of village in city.
