结合工程实例,介绍了在鞍山恒治新东方住宅小区地基处理过程中选择长螺旋钻孔灌注桩(CFG)的依据和条件,以及该桩的工艺技术要求、施工工艺方法和应用,指出对于由粉质黏土、中粗砂组成的场地选择长螺旋钻孔灌注桩是成功的。

Combined with practical experience, this paper introduces the ground treatment in Anshan Hengzhi New Oriental Residential District, the basis and eonditions for the adoption of concrete poured long screw drill piles, the technical requirements, and construction proce- dure. Of pressure pouring piles are also presented. Points out that the selection of the poured long screw drill piles is successful to the site consists of the silty clay and the medium-coarse sand.
