The paper illustrates the heating characteristics of public buildings after the reform of the heating system, points out measures for supplying heat at different times. After users of the heating system adjust the heat metering, the paper analyzes how the heat supply network adopts the change to supply the heat which is needed, and concludes that the energy-saving efficiency is highly improved after the heat supply at different times is adopted in public buildings.
