结合北京市朝阳区某住宅小区1号,2号,3号楼工程,从制度建设、质量监督、招标投标三个方面介绍了住宅工程建设过程中甲方质量控制的一般方法和措施,从而积累甲方工程质量管理经验,提高工程质量。

Combined with some residential areola No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 building in Chaoyang district in BeiJing, the common methods and measures of the first party quality control in residence engineering construction were introduced from system construction, quality supervision and inviting and submitting tenders, therefore the quality management experiences of the first party engineering were accumulated so as to enhance the engineering quality.
