工程量清单计价中存在的问题与对策

基于工程量清单计价在我国的推广实行,结合工作经验,对工程量清单推广实施过程中存在的一些问题进行了探讨,并针对性地提出了解决这些问题的对策,指出完整、准确的工程量清单是保证招标质量和控制工程造价的前提条件。

Based on the popularization and performance of engineering bill pricing in China, combining with the work experience, some problems of existed in engineering bill popularization and performance process were discussed, countermeasures were provided to solve these problems, and it pointed out that complete and accurate engineering bill is the prerequisite requirement of ensuring invite bid quality and controlling the engineering cost.
