摘要
采用超滤浓缩与乙醇沉淀法提取液体悬浮培养的发状念珠藻胞外多糖,经离子交换和凝胶柱层析纯化后得到2个组分。对组分Ⅱ(NFPS2)进行理化性质研究并用高效液相色谱法测定其表观分子量。结果表明,发状念珠藻多糖组分Ⅱ是非硫酸化多糖,含有较长的侧链和分支,不含核酸和蛋白质,分子量为2.79×105。
The extracellular polysaccharides (EPS) from Nostoc flagelliforme cells in liquid suspension culture were obtained by ultrafiltration (for condensation) and alcohol precipitation method. Then it was purified and two main fractions named NFPS1 and NFPS2 were obtained respectively. The physiochemical properties of the latter fraction was studied and its apparent molecular weight was determined by HPLC, The resuits showed that it was non-sulfated polysaccharides with comparatively long side chain and branch but free of protein and nuclear acid, and the apparent molecular weight was 2,79 ×10^5.
