摘要
对酒精生产进行了技改。①利用酒精糟滤液和蒸馏冷却水进行拌料。②高效节能酒精发酵工艺。③"预处理+二级UASB+二级好氧生化"技术。④利用沼气发电。技改后,实现了资源的循环利用,清洁生产,降低了各项消耗,节约能源,改善了环境质量。
Technical innovation had been carded out for alcohol production as follows: 1. mixing of raw materials by use of filtration solution of alcohol grains and cooling water for distillation; 2. use of high-efficiency energy-saving alcohol fermentation techniques; 3. use of the technique of pretreatment + secondary UASB + secondary aerobic bio-reaction; 4. electricity generation by methane gas. After technical innovation, recycling use of resources and cleaning production had been achieved. Besides, the consumption decreased, energy saved and environmental quality improved.
