阐述了浓香型低度白酒制作过程中的几个重要环节,以及在每个环节中常采取的方法和需要注意的地方。初步探讨了影响低度浓香型白酒的因素,总结了一些低度酒制作的实践经验。
The important production procedures of low-alcohol Luzhou-flavor liquor including the usually-applied methods and the noticeable points were illustrated.
