摘要
Sprouty2蛋白对受体酪氨酸激酶(RTK)等信号通路起着重要的抑制作用,其表达在多种肿瘤组织中发生明显下降,并可进一步引起细胞异常增殖、转化及新生血管形成,从而促进肿瘤的发生及发展。现就其与肿瘤发生及发展关系的研究进展进行综述。
The Sprouty2 protein can inhibit many signaling pathways, such as receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK). It is down-regulated in tumors ,which is often associated with abnormal cell proliferation, transformation and neovascularization, to stimulate the initiation and progression of tumors. This article reviewed the newest progression of sprouty2 protein and tumors.
