摘要 p16基因又称多肿瘤抑制基因,是人们发现的第一个直接作用于细胞周期,抑制细胞分裂的基因。DNA甲基化是抑癌基因失活的机制,p16基因甲基化及其在子宫颈癌癌变中的作用机制还不清楚。本文对宫颈癌中p16基因甲基化的相关研究内容进行综述。 p16 gene is a multiple tumor suppressor. It is the first anti-oncogene which directly effects cell cycle to suppress division of cells. The mechanism of antioncogene inactivation is DNA methylation, p16 gene methylation in cervical cancer and the mechanisms are still unclear. In this paper,the related contents of methylation of p16 gene in cervical cancer were reviewed.
