摘要
乙醇在肝内主要由乙醇脱氢酶、细胞色素P450-2E1和乙醛脱氢酶代谢,乙醇代谢酶在乙醇代谢过程中发挥着最重要的作用。这些乙醇代谢酶具有基因多态性,并且可以通过干扰代谢、介导炎性、免疫反应、生成氧自由基损伤等机制在乙醇的肝损伤中发挥着不可替代的作用。随着新的生物技术的不断发展和应用,乙醇对肝损伤的具体作用机制将逐步被揭示,对乙醇性肝损伤的预防和控制也会有新的突破。
Ethanol is maily metabolized in liver by ethanol dehydrogenase, cytochrome P450-2E1 and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase. Ethanol metabolic enzyme plays an important role in the metabolism of ethanol. All these enzymes have been shown to be polymorphic, which also play an unplaceable role in alcohol induced hepatic injury" by the mechanisms, such as disturbing metabolism, mediating inflammation, immunity reaction, generating oxygen free radical. With the development and application of new biotechnology, the specific mechanism of Alcohol injury to liver will gradually be revealed, and prevention and control on ethanol liver injury will be a new breakthrough.
