自体骨软骨移植治疗膝关节软骨缺损研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 关节软骨的自身修复能力十分有限,临床上修复方法很多,自体骨软骨移植术是治疗软骨缺损的新方法。手术从关节的非负重区取圆柱状的骨软骨,植入负重区的软骨缺损处,重建了负重区关节面的完整和力学特性,具有创伤小、见效快、成本低、无免疫反应及疾病传播的风险,临床上中长期随访疗效显著,是治疗中小型膝关节软骨缺损的理想方法。但自体骨软骨移植术仍有其局限性,随着组织工程技术的发展,这一问题将得到解决。 Articular cartilage has very limited self-repair capacity. There are many restorative procedures in clinic,and osteochondral autograft transfer (OATS) is the mew method treating cartilage defect. The operation that taking autologous cylindrical osteochondral grafts from non-weight loading area of the article and then transplanting it into the cartilage defect of weight loading area can rebuilt the integrity of articular face of weight loading area with feature of microinvasive, rapid therapeutic effect and cost-saving, as well as without immune response and risk of propagation of disease. Its therapeutic effect of middle or long term follow-up is very great in clinic. So it is the ideal method treating the cartilage defect of middle or small articular genu. While, the OATS still has its limitation, which will be solved with the development of tissue engineering.
