摘要
三氧化物凝聚体是20世纪90年代发展起来的一种牙髓治疗新型生物材料,可以用于牙科治疗中的盖髓术或活髓切断术,牙髓组织对其反应良好。体内和体外实验证实,三氧化物凝聚体具有良好的生物相容性,可有效促进硬组织的再生,并且具有一定的抗菌性,对组织无毒。本文就三氧化物凝聚体的理化性能、临床应用、作用机制及其局限性作一综述。显示了三氧化物凝聚体仍是一种极具潜力的牙科新型材料。
Mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) is a new biological material developed in 1990 for the endodontic treatment, which can be used in pulp capping and pulpotomia vitalis, of dentistry. Pulp tissue had good response to this agent. Experiments in vivo and in vitro showed that MTA had well biocompatibility, which can promote the regeneration of hard tissue, and has bactericidal feature in some extent. It also is harmless to tissue. This article reviews MTA about its physical and chemical feature, clinical application, action of mechanism and its limitation, which all suggested that MTA was a kind of new potential materials in density.
