摘要
Graves病(GD)是甲亢中最常见的类型,其发病机制今仍未阐明,近年来细胞因子和细胞凋亡在GD发病机制的研究中受到了重视;治疗方面的研究也取得了重大的进展,但是,治愈率仍然有限。本文就Graves病流行病学、发病机制、治疗等研究进展予以综述。
Graves disease （GD） is the most common disease of hyperthyroidism. The pathogenesis of Graves disease is still unknown,but the cytokines and apoptosis have been paid much attention to in the research on its pathogenesis ,and the treatment research have been made much progress. However,the cure rate is still not satisfactory. This article reviewed the research progresses in epidemiology, pathogenesis, treatment of Graves disease.
