摘要 共聚焦激光显微内镜是新近出现的一种内镜,其通过获得消化道黏膜层高度放大的图像以达到"光学活检"目的,不需组织活检和组织病理检查即可诊断某些消化系统疾病。本文就共聚交激光显微内镜在消化道疾病诊断中的应用予以简要回顾。 Confocal laser endomicroscopy is newly developed tool to diagnose the digestive diseases without tissue biopsy and tissue pathology, which can realize＂ optic biopsy＂ by achieving the highest magnifying imaging of digestive tract membrane. This article reviews the application of confocal laser endomicroscope in the diagnosis of digestive diseases.
