带锁髓内钉与加压钢板治疗胫骨干骨折的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨带锁髓内钉与加压钢板两种内固定方法治疗胫骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年7月至2007年4月期间收治的48例胫骨干骨折患者的临床资料,分为带锁髓内钉组和加压钢板组。比较两组患者术后骨性愈合率、Johner-Wruh功能评价结果及术后并发症率。结果术后随访7~45个月,平均19个月。两组患者骨性愈合率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者术后并发症率及Johner-Wruh功能评价结果间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折更符合力学原理,临床疗效优于加压钢板。 Objective To compare and investigate the clinical effects of two internal fixation treating methods on the treatment of tibial shaft fractures, interlocking intramedullary nail and dynamic compression plate. Methods 48 cases of tibial shaft fractures admitted from July. 2003 to April. 2007 were reviewed ret- rospectively. All cases were divided into two groups: group A was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,group B was treated with dynamic compression plate. The good rate of therapeutic effect and the rate of complications after operation were evaluated according to Johner and Wruth. Results After operation,the patients were followed up from 7 months to 45 months with 19 months on the average. Comparing between two groups,there were significantly difference of good rate of therapeutic effect and complications rate (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail has the advantage of good biomechanical feature, The clinical result of interlocking intramedullary nail for the tibial shaft fractures is better than that of dynamic compression plate.
