β-胡萝卜素的研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 目的:介绍β-胡萝卜素的生物学功能、临床评价和药剂学研究进展。方法:采用近期国内外相关文献进行综述。结果:β-胡萝卜素有抗氧化、促进细胞间隙连接通讯等生物学作用,具有预防癌症和心血管疾病、增强免疫、补充维生素A和抗辐射等临床作用,但β-胡萝卜素在体内的作用机制还未完全清楚。新型制剂可以增加β-胡萝卜素的稳定性,改善生物利用度。结论:随着β-胡萝卜素体内作用机制的深入研究和新制剂的开发,β-胡萝卜素将拥有更大的应用前景。
