Pro/Engineer is a software integrating CAD/CAM/CAE. It is powerful, covering the whole process of product designing, model constructing and manufacturing. This paper discusses the mold design of syringe piston with the help of the powerful three dimensions solid modeling function of Pro/ Engineer wildfire, and the unique function in the design of mold cavity.
