摘要
本文介绍了MOSFET/IGBT半桥驱动芯片IR2111的使用情况,分析了其工作电路中外围各元器件的作用,同时指出了在使用过程中应注意的一些问题和现象,并对不同公司的MOSFET/IGBT驱动芯片作了简要介绍。
This paper introduces the use of MOSFET/IGBT half bridge drive chip Ir2111and analyzes the functions of the periphery parts of the working circuit, meanwhile, some remarkable problems and phenomenon during the using process is indicated. Finally, some brief introductions of MOSFET/IGBT drive chip made by different companies are gived.
