摘要
制冷压缩机加速寿命试验台用于测量规定工况下的小型全封闭型制冷压缩机的加速使用寿命。该试验台的硬件部分由替代制冷系统、计算机采集系统和PLC组成。控制软件基于Windows2000和Delphi,完成了实时多任务的可视化程序设计。PC机数据处理与分析系统基于SQL Server2000数据库,能实现对数据库的可选择性查询。近一年的使用表明,测试系统工作正常,各项参数的测量精度均满足要求,数据库管理良好。
Refrigeration compressor accelerated lifetime test-bed is used in testing accelerated lifetime of hermetic mini- refrigeration compressor under certain working conditions. The hardware ofthesystemisconsisted of thesubstituterefrigeration system, computer acquiring system and PLC. Based on Windows2000 and Delphi, the system has a visual software programming. The PC data processingandanalyzingsystem can intellectually inquiry database based on SQL Server 2000. Almost one year testing show that the system works well the precision of all the tested parameters is satisfied the request, the managementof the database is good.
