The Structural Optimization Design of the AUBO Tyre Shaping and Curing Press

本文阐述了AUBO型轮胎定型硫化机原工艺特点存在的缺陷并对其进行了系统的分析,以中心机构和开合模运动装置作为技术改造重点,提出了优化设计方案并进行了效果检验,结果表明该方案可直接应用在新机的制造,又可用在老机的改造上,对国内现有轮胎硫化机的推广具有一定参考价值。

This paper describes the defect that the original technology characteristics exist of the AUBO type of tyre shaping and curing press. It proposes that the central structure and the open-closed motion unit should be the technology alteration emphasis, and puts forward the optimized design Scheme, which obtains the effect test through the comprehensive analysis and comparison. This scheme can applies not only on the manufacture of the new machine, but also on the transformation of the old machine. It has certain reference value on the extension of the domestic existing tyre shaping and curing press.
