母管制电厂负荷优化分配的特殊性

Specialities of Optimal Load Distribution in Main System Power Plan

摘要 母管制电厂中,由于各种汽水母管的存在,各并列运行机组间汽水相互贯通,机组的运行特性、汽水流量分配随运行工况的不同而不同,与单元制机组有很大差别。如果按汽轮机正规热力试验得到的耗量特性曲线为依据来进行机组负荷优化调度,是不符合电厂实际运行情况的,必须考虑给水流量、凝水流量、高加疏水量的分配以及除氧器组合运行方式等因素的影响,才能求出机组负荷优化分配的最优解。 In main system power plant various steam-water pipes of parpllel operated units are interconnected. performances of units and distribution of steam-water flows varies with different operating conditions,which difer significantly from that of the unit system power plant. Optimal control of load distribution among various units by heat rate characteristic curve obtained from standard turbine heat rate test would not meet the actualoperating conditions of the power plant. To obtain the best load distribution, the effects of feedwater flow, condensate flow, distribution of HP heater flow and the conbination of deaerator operating mode must be considered.
