SG序列在MRI中的应用研究

摘要 目的:研究磁共振成像特殊序列SG序列的成像功能,和常规SE序列作对比分析,借以评价SG序列在MRI中的应用价值。方法:采用日立0.3T扫描机,分别应用参数优化后的SG序列与常规SE序列对模体进行信噪比、对比度、对比噪声比测试,对50例颅脑患者和30例膝关节患者分别进行扫描成像,并对图像进行分析研究。结果:SG序列在扫描参数优化后具有成像速度快,分辨率较高,单次扫描占用时间较短,而成像层面多,获取成像信息较多等优势。结论:SG序列可以作为常规MRI扫描的优先替补序列。 Objective:To research the imaging function of the unusual SG sequence in MRI and compare with usual SE. The value of SG sequence in MRI application was evaluated. Methods: SNR(signal noise ratio), C(contrast ) and CNR(contrast noise ratio) were tested by carrying out phantom measurement with gradlng-up parameter SG sequence and routine SE sequence in a 0.3 T scanner. Then MR imaging of brain in 50 eases and knee joint in 30 cases were analysized for SG and SE sequence. Results:Grading-up parameter SG sequence have more preponderances, such as higher image taking speed, higher resolution, master single test scanning to take up time short meanwhile taking more imaging messages and so on. Conclusion:SG sequence could be taken as the priority substitute sequence to convcntional MRI scanning.
