以面神经损害为主的麻风病一例
摘要
临床资料 患者男性，18岁。于就诊8个月前无明原因感右侧面部麻木伴疼痛，疼痛呈针刺样，每次持续20—30min自行缓解，每天发作7—8次。近4个月来发现右侧腮部有一鸡蛋大小肿块，质硬，同时右侧颈部数个淋巴结肿大，耳后下方有条索状硬性肿块。右侧面部疼痛逐渐加重并肿胀，伴出现数个红色枣样大小红斑，右侧面部不出汗，口角歪斜。
