妇科炎症性疾病误诊为恶性肿瘤的几种情况分析

摘要 女性生殖系统炎症性疾病是妇女最常见的疾病，发病可局限于一个部位、几个部位或致整个盆腔脏器。病原菌有细菌、病毒、沙眼衣原体等。临床表现有急性与慢性。慢性炎症导致局部形成包块而误诊为恶性肿瘤，造成过治疗的病例时有发生。近两年来在我们病理会诊工作中见到的一些误诊误治的病例，值得引起重视和吸取教训，列举三个病例并分析如下。
