添加柠檬酸对纳米羟基磷灰石结晶行为的影响 被引量:6

INFLUENCE OF CITRIC ACID-ADDITIVE ON CRYSTALLINITY OF NANO-SIZED HYDROXYAPATITE

摘要 采用酸碱中和并引入柠檬酸作为螯合剂的方法制备了纳米羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)粉末,通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜对样品成分的分析和形貌的表征发现,添加柠檬酸大大影响了HA粉末的结晶行为:未加入柠檬酸时,得到的HA粉末呈棒状;加入柠檬酸后得到的HA粉末近似球形。与JCPDS标准图谱相比,加入柠檬酸的HA粉末(hk0)晶面衍射强度明显增强,衍射角也向高角度方向偏移。随着柠檬酸加入量的增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐增加,(hk0)晶面衍射强度和衍射角偏移现象显著增强。 Nano-sized hydroxyapatite (HA) powders were synthesized by neutralization using citric acid for chelation, According to X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope, the addition of citric acid influences the crystallinity of HA particles. The morphology of the HA particles synthesized in the absence or presence of citric acid is rod or spherical in shape, respectively. In comparison with the data of the JCPDS file, the diffraction intensities of the crystal planes (hk0) become stronger and their diffraction angles are shifted to larger angles. With the increase of the amounts of citric acid used, the crystal sizes increase, and the diffraction intensities of the (hk0) planes and their angle shifts are both enhanced.
