多瓣膜损伤、嗜酸粒细胞升高、心悸、气促

摘要 病历摘要 患者男,19岁。主诉“劳累后心悸、气促2年,加重4个月”于2008年4月29日入院。 患者于2年前出现劳累后心悸、气促,4个月前上述症状加重,且伴有咳嗽、咳痰,色白,偶有血丝,发作时伴大汗、乏力,曾就诊于当地医院,诊断为肺炎,予抗炎治疗,未见明显好转。6日前出现双下肢水肿,就诊于当地医院,超声心动图检查示:“二尖瓣前叶脱垂,二尖瓣反流(重度)”。
