多瓣膜损伤、嗜酸粒细胞升高、心悸、气促

摘要 病历摘要 患者男，19岁。主诉“劳累后心悸、气促2年，加重4个月”于2008年4月29日入院。 患者于2年前出现劳累后心悸、气促，4个月前上述症状加重，且伴有咳嗽、咳痰，色白，偶有血丝，发作时伴大汗、乏力，曾就诊于当地医院，诊断为肺炎，予抗炎治疗，未见明显好转。6日前出现双下肢水肿，就诊于当地医院，超声心动图检查示：“二尖瓣前叶脱垂，二尖瓣反流（重度）”。
