脐尿管印戒细胞癌合并膀胱移行细胞癌1例报告与文献复习

摘要
临床上印戒细胞癌少见，膀胱及肺的印戒细胞癌时有报道，脐尿管印戒细胞癌合并膀胱移行细胞癌罕见。该病早期确诊困难，肿瘤恶性程度高，进展迅速，预后较差。我院于2007年6月收治1例脐尿管印戒细胞癌并膀胱移行细胞癌患者，现报告如下。
