遗传因素在颅内动脉瘤发病机制中的研究进展 被引量:1

Recent progress in the study of genetic factors involved in the pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysms

摘要 颅内动脉瘤是严重威胁人类生命健康的一种,是造成自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的首位原因。该病最大的特点是较高的残死率,即使在现代的医疗条件下颅内动脉瘤破裂出血的死亡率仍高达40%。但目前颅内动脉瘤的具体病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚。其发生是环境因素(如吸烟,饮酒,高血压,雌激素和种族等)和内在遗传因素共同作用的结果。本文就遗传因素在颅内动脉瘤的发病机制中的研究进展作一综述。
