钕铁硼二次废渣微波加热制备锰锌铁氧体 被引量:10

摘要 以钕铁硼二次废渣为原料,按锰锌铁氧体配方Mn0.72Zn0.23Fe2.05O4要求,采用微波加热法制备锰锌铁氧体。通过XRD,SEM,ICP-AES等系列现代分析手段对锰锌铁氧体的结构、形貌、纯度及初始磁导率等进行了检测和表征。实验结果表明:所制得的锰锌铁氧体微粉含量与配方相吻合。其微粉经造粒、压坯,在1300℃烧结1 h后得到晶粒大、气孔较小的锰锌铁氧体。 Secondary waste slag of NdFeB was used to produce Mn-Zn ferrites. According to the formula ratio of Mn0.72Zn0.23 Fe2.05O4, Mn-Zn ferrites was obtained by microwave heating method. By means of XRD, SEM, ICP-AES etc, particle size, purity and microstructure, constitution, initial permeability of the pre-pared Mn-Zn ferrite were tested and characterized. The experimental results showed compositions of Mn- Zn ferrites powder coincided with the formula ratio. After granulation, compacting and sintering at 1300 ℃ for 1 h, the Mn-Zn ferrites with big grain size, and small pores were obtained.
