摘要
目的修复鼻及面部因病变切除和外伤所致的皮肤组织缺损,恢复和达到正常功能。方法将自身游离或旋转全层皮瓣移植至皮肤缺损区,细密缝合,局部加压,减少渗出,促进愈合。结果20年中共行游离、旋转全层皮瓣治疗鼻、面部缺损36例,皮瓣均一期成活,治疗效果满意。结论游离或旋转全层皮瓣移植治疗鼻、面部皮肤缺损临床效果可靠。
Objective To repair nasal and facial injuries induced by illness or wound so as to recover their normal function and cosmetology. Method Self-dissociated or rotary flaps were transplanted to damaged skim, and then were closely sutured and partly pressed. Result All the 36 cases were successfully operated on. Conclusion Self-dissociated or rotary flaps are reliable for repairing nasal and facial injuries,
