2004～2005年电影电视剧中吸烟镜头调查

Investigation of smoking scenes in movies and television dramas in 2004 and 2005

目的了解2004～2005年电影电视剧中吸烟镜头出现情况，为青少年控烟工作提供依据。方法使用统一标准对2004～2005年部分电影电视剧中吸烟镜头出现情况进行记录并分析。结果共调查45部电影、电视剧，包括29部电影和16部电视剧。有15部电影出现了吸烟镜头，共计134次，70．7分钟；与国外电影比较，国产电影每片吸烟镜头数较高，吸烟镜头总时间较长，但一次吸烟镜头持续时间较短。有10部电视剧出现了吸烟镜头，共计485次，628．5分钟。电影电视剧中吸烟角色绝大多是成年男性，吸烟场景国产电影多为家庭，占34．4％，国外电影多为休闲娱乐场所，占45．5％。结论电影电视剧中吸烟镜头出现比较频繁，尤其是国产电影电视剧，建议加强电影电视剧管理，创造无烟影视环境。

Objective Smoking scenes in movies and television dramas in 2004 and 2005 were investigated to facilitate further analysis of influencing factors on smoking among teenagers. Methods Smoking scenes in the selected movies and television dramas in 2004 and 2005 were recorded and analyzed through standardized investigation conducted by trained investigators. Results 29 movies were selected for investigation, among which 15 movies contained 134 smoking scenes lasting 70. 7 minutes. Domestic movies were found to have higher incidence of smoking scenes than imported ones. The number of smoking scenes in one domestic movie was greater than that in one imported one, but the average minutes of one smoking scenes was less. 628. 5 minutes of 485 smoking scenes were recorded from 10 out of 16 television dramas, and the longest one took 9.7 minutes. Most smoking actions were done by male adult actors. Compared to the imported movies and television dra- mas, the domestic ones used home for most smoking scenes rather than recreational places or the others. Conclusion High frequency of smoking scenes was found in movies and television dramas, particularly in the domestic ones. Supervisions and inspections of movies and television dramas should be enhanced for developing smoke-free television and movie screens.
