Talent Cultivation Model is a focus in higher vocational education. The author expatiates the logical starting point and basic principles that build the talent cultivation model in higher vocational education with the example of Yangling Vocational and Technical College. It is emphasized that building the model of talent cultivation should take the diversified innovation path, only by this can the guiding role of talent cultivation model be brought into full play.
