青年干部院校学生思想状况调查与分析

Students' Ideological Status Investigation and Analysis in Youth Cadre Colleges

调查显示,青年干部院校学生主流健康向上,政治上积极要求进步,价值取向上协调并重,成才需求强烈,注重提高综合素质。但也存在着诸如人生价值目标过于实效,心理承受能力较弱,社会公德意识淡漠,审美情趣错位等问题。目前,学生日益增长的精神文化需求与匮乏的文化娱乐设施等矛盾已成为制约青年院校学生教育与管理工作的瓶颈。因此,树立全新的教育管理理念,加快青年干部院校基础设施建设,全面打造青年干部院校的文化特色,是青年院校学生教育与管理工作面临的紧要任务。

Investigations revealed that students of youth colleges have characteristics of healthy and upward, striving for political progress, harmonious value orientation, intense demand for promising future, attaching significance to improve comprehensive qualities, but there also existing problems of focusing on actual effect, feeble psychological endurance, apathetic awareness of publics morality, dislocation of aesthetic appreciation. Currently, paradox of students＇ increasingly growing mental and cultural request and inadequacy of cultural and relaxation facilities have become bottleneck to restrict students＇ education and management in youth colleges. Therefore, establishing brand new educational and management concept, quickening construction of infrastructure facilities of youth colleges, building a comprehensive cultural singularity of youth cadre college , is the critical accomplishment that educational and management work confronting.
